Your Sample will be received by our reception staff, checked one by one about their conditions, type of sample and sample identification numbers
The client will be given a sample submission form to fill all sample identities. One copy of the sample submission form will be taken by the client for reference of the test results.
The primary purpose of sample sorting is to compare between the list of sample identities in the submission form and actual samples submitted by the client

Crushing is done by the gyratory Cone Crusher of highsize reduction efficiency. In some of our laboratories we use Jaw crusher to crush the sample To avoid cross contamination of samples, after each sample the blanksample (zero value) sample is crushed which will clean the crusher.
The primary purpose of sample sorting is to compare between the list of sample identities in the submission form and actual samples submitted by the client. After the sorting activities are complete, our staff will fill a sample reconciliation form which will be submitted to the client for confirmation
The sample discharge from the gyratory crusher is pulverized by the bowl mill pulverizer. We use LM 2 pulverizer. The milling of sample is done to 75 microns 75% passing of the sieve. Vibratory grinder Same as in the crusher, between samples, blank sample is milled to avoid crosscontamination.
This process is intended to homogenous the sample and to avoid the heavy particles to sink down of the sample bed.It is done by rolling the sample on the wide mat or piece of nylon paper sheet in all sides of the sheet ready for sampling by the spatula.
Weighing is the process of picking required weight of the sample for specific analysis procedure.Weighing is done in a special room which does not allow the variation of condition like wind flow, large temperature and pressure change.
